Sound advice has been issued, counsel specified, a particular warning given to us individually. 
A caution and admonition to be careful look out and watch has been given out to those who will hear, think twice and take heed.
 
What are we suppose to be carefully watching and looking out for?
 
The viewpoints, ideas, values, beliefs, trickery, dishonesty, deception, hopeless, worthless pretense of men that will blemish, ruin and destroy you.
 
Who are these people and how do they accomplish this?
 
They are talented, skillful, gifted, proficient men and women who through their institution of custom, ritual, practice, habit and beliefs deceive you by human tradition which agrees with and is in unity with the fundamental spirits of the world but does not accord with Christ the Messiah.
 
Why is this important to me?
 
It is exclusively your own personal task and responsibility to guard and protect your greatest prized possession, which is your very own God given soul.  Therefore you must BEWARE!
 
There are many voices in the world all claiming to be right. The time has come and now is that you must take responsibility for your own eternal destination.  I suggest turning off your television sets, put away your books, turn off the radio, put down the various forms of published news and take charge of your own souls eternal destination.  Read Gods Word for yourself!  Study to show yourself approved unto God!  A workman that need not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth
 
Stop believing everything you see and hear.  Great delusion is moving upon our land deceiving many.  Gross darkness is enveloping those who through lack of knowledge or worse willingly embrace the spirit that now works in the world.  Instead we must embrace The Word of God, the only Truth and hope we have.
 
What are the recognizable characteristics of this spirit?
 Here are just a few:

• Greed
  
• Unnatural affections
  
• Self Centeredness
  
• Lust
  
• Materialistic
• Disobedience to God’s Word
• Antichrist.
  

 
Do you realize that Satan is the prince of the power of the air?  This isn’t the stuff we breathe but rather consider the airwaves, the media.  Satan blows the winds of deceit against Gods beloved creation, making suggestions, planting thoughts, hoping to control and dominate you, your thoughts, actions and behaviors. He holds captive those who lack knowledge of God and His Word, causing them to act in desperation upon the information that he feeds them, forcing unwise decisions to be made and receiving the reward of destruction.
 
How does he accomplish this? 
 
This tool of Satan is implemented by and through the opinions and viewpoints of prestigious men and women who gain your trust through various sources of the world and not the Word of God.  Hollywood has power over many, news anchors and reports, entertainment of all forms, comedians, newspapers, magazines, books, singers, musicians, political leaders, presidential candidates, economic experts, religious leaders, a vast assortment of religious doctrines/denominations, talk show hosts, pastors, teachers, televangelists, false prophets, various bible translations, a variety of religious tracts, booklets, pamphlets and this list keeps growing. 
 
Why am I saying all of this?  What point am I trying to make?
 
In short, get your heart ready; take all things to God in prayer.  Receive no ones word for or about anything, study/learn for yourself.  Become informed and know what God has said concerning everything.  Satan knows what is written in God’s Word.  He is determined to hinder the great harvest he knows is coming.  Christians have been overwhelmed by the darkness now covering the earth, all set in motion by the fury of Satan’s activity. 
Fear not.  Make your calling and election sure.  Take God at His Word and forget the opinions of others, do this for you.  Your redemption draws nigh.  I love you and don’t want you to be deceived.

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.  Hosea 4:6
